Rates and Lessons

RATES and LESSONS
Private Lessons--Each lesson is half an hour long and we charge at the rate of $40 per lesson
Semi-Private Lessons--Each lesson is an hour long and includes grooming and tacking by the student. Advanced students only! We charge at the rate of $45 per lesson.
SESSIONS
Students must purchase lessons by the session. Each session is four weeks long unless otherwise noted. Payment in full is expected by the student’s first scheduled lesson of that session, even if the student misses that lesson. There is a $20.00 fee for late payments.
FAMILY DISCOUNTS
Additional immediate family members receive a $7.50 per lesson discount! This applies to both PRIVATE and SEMI-PRIVATE lessons.
MAKE UP LESSONS
Any lessons that remain at the end of a session may be made up by the student at any time during the next six months, PROVIDING the student is currently enrolled in a session. Make up lessons may not be used as credit toward a session. We offer a number of make up times, and will do our best to accommodate your schedule. We do not offer refunds.
CANCELLATIONS
As a courtesy, we request at least two days notice if you will be unable to attend your regularly scheduled lesson. Another student may be able to use your spot for a "make-up," and we need time to notify them.
IF YOU DO NOT SHOW FOR YOUR SCHEDULED LESSON,
AND DO NOT CANCEL PRIOR TO THAT LESSON,
YOU MAY NOT MAKE UP THAT LESSON.
WEATHER CANCELLATIONS
We will only cancel lessons if weather conditions are extreme. If you have ANY questions about the weather, please call 215-234-9393 to find out if we will be able to ride that day. We will have a message on our answering machine advising you of your lesson status. You may also check this website for daily lesson updates! Lessons that are canceled because of weather may be made up at any time during the next six months as long as the student is currently enrolled in a session.
